So when I was in Paris I stayed in the Marais.
One weekend there was a huge antiques market with everything from intricate knives to jewelry to austin-powers type fuzzy vanity tables.

Just around the corner from our place in Paris is this wonderful cafe, Cafe Charlot.

I have been lusting after this lipstick ever since I saw the ads and I have finally mustered the courage to splurg and buy Rouge Coco 05 Mademoiselle!
It is almost too pretty to use - but then what's the use of buying it!

Chez Janou - a tiny Parisian restaurant in the Marais - it gets fuller and fuller as the night goes on. I felt as if I was in the movie 'Charade'.
